Philly Fashion Week 2020

This year, I took two of my roommates along to a Philly Fashion Week event! My aunt had tickets to this event, but she wasn't able to go, so she let me have them and bring anyone I wanted with me. It wasn't a huge event, but it was still a really cool experience. Honestly, we may have taken the same amount of time to get ready as the time we spent there.

When we arrived, we were greeted with a complimentary flute of champagne and a dark room with pretty violet lighting. Since the event said there would be free food, we immediately set our sights on finding it. Luckily for us, it was right by the entrance, and there was a lot of it!

There was a cute photobooth, so we took the opportunity to take a cute boomerang together. Now that I think about it, that was our first ever picture together the entire year! Crazy! The line was pretty long, so we waited about 20 minutes to get our picture, then we headed for the desserts.

This event was to premiere a magazine cover, so we got our desserts just in time for this to happen. We stayed to hear the short speeches given by the creators and decided it was time for us to head home. On our way out, a photographer asked to take pictures of us, gave us his card, and we were on our way!

Not a long post, but this was a really cool event and I'm so glad I got to share it with the best roommates I could have ever asked for!
