I Met Lily Allen!

One day, I was walking past Waterstones on the way to work in the morning and I saw a new sign outside with the one and only Lily Allen. My friends in middle school were obsessed with her and I knew I had to take this opportunity!

I told my mentor Annie and she was very lenient about letting me go during my break. I thought I got there early, but there were already 72 people standing in line ahead of me. I was fortunate to work just a few blocks down and I took my lunch a little bit early so that I could claim my spot. The staff wouldn't let us sit down, which was a pain, and it was honestly quite boring waiting, but it was definitely worth it!

Luckily, it only went a tiny bit over the hour since I was able to get there on the earlier side and I was able to get a quick bite at my favourite place, Tesco!
